Enrollment
Important Notice: If your student ended the last school year with KUSD, you do not need to submit a new enrollment form. Please call Student Services to request a school transfer.
Centralized Enrollment Process
KUSD has a centralized enrollment process which means all applications are received by the Student Services Department and then shared with the school site. We want to make your enrollment process as easy as possible.
Our online enrollment application helps reduce the time required to apply and can be completed at home or anywhere with internet access. If you do not have access to technology or the internet, you may visit our student service office and submit an application at our family kiosk station.
Please note: We cannot accept incomplete enrollments. For anyone needing special assistance in submitting an application, please call Student Services.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
No! If your child is currently enrolled at one of our schools, your child will automatically be enrolled in their next grade and school. You will provide updated information for your child at the beginning of the school year.
We recommend parents have their documents saved on their computers or smartphones prior to enrolling. Aeries Online Enroll accepts documents in various formats. If you are having issues uploading documents, you can bring their documents to Student Services and the team will gladly scan the documents to the your email.
First, open a different browser, log into your enrollment, and try uploading your documents again. If you are still not able to upload your documents, try uploading any document (screenshots or random pictures on your phone or computer) in place of the document(s) you’re being asked to upload.
The reason we ask you to do this is because the Aeries Online Enrollment will not allow you to continue and complete your enrollment until you’ve uploaded the documents. After you’ve uploaded a random document, continue with your enrollment and submit to Student Services.
Your enrollment is not complete until we’ve received your documents. You can e-mail the documents to enroll@konoctiusd.org or come to the Student Services office and ask the staff to make copies of your documents.
If you do not have internet access at home to complete the online enrollment, you can come to Student Services where you can enroll using a Chromebook provided by the District. Please remember to bring your documents with you.
If you have your child’s documents in order, accurate email and login information, and reliable internet access the online enrollment will take 30 - 45 minutes to complete.
If you’ve tried to log in to your enrollment multiple times without success, Aeries Online Enroll will temporarily lock you out for 60 minutes. You can try logging in again after 60 minutes.
After creating your account for the first time, Aeries Online Enrollment sends you an email to the email you used to create your account asking you to verify the creation of your account. You must log in to your email account, verify that you’ve created an Aeries Online account, and then you’ll be logged back into your enrollment.
Yes, Aeries Online Enrollment will save your work and you can pick right up when you log back in and click ‘Resume’ next to your child’s enrollment.
Visit the enrollment area of konoctiusd.org and fill out an Intradistrict Agreement and submit it to Student Services. Continue the online enrollment, despite the school assigned. When your student’s Intra is reviewed, the appropriate changes will be made.
Online enrollment is only available to families living within the Konocti boundaries. Visit the enrollment area of konoctiusd.org and fill out an Interdistrict Agreement and contact Student Services for further instructions.
First, check that you are inputting your address correctly. Check for spelling, numbers, spacing, and address type (avenue, street, court, circle, lane, etc.). If you’ve input your address correctly and the online enrollment still states your address can’t be found, contact Student Services for assistance.
Call Student Services to explain your situation. If your child was retained or skipped a grade, the Student Services team can advise you of the next steps.
Unfortunately, these types of errors can not be corrected by you once the online enrollment has been started. When Student Services receives the enrollment for review, they will make sure all information is accurate and will call you for clarification on errors.
