Our Principal
Jessica Taliaferro, Principal
I'm honored to serve as Principal of East Lake Elementary, home of the Rockstars! This is my 18th year in education, and leading our wonderful TK-7 school in Clearlake Oaks is truly a privilege. Before joining the administrative team at Konocti Unified School District in 2012, I taught middle school science and math, as well as 6th grade. Those years in the classroom gave me a deep appreciation for the incredible work our teachers do every day and the unique potential in every student.
Our dedicated staff and I are committed to providing each student with a comprehensive education in a safe and respectful environment. We're passionate about helping every Rockstar reach their full potential and become productive, engaged citizens. One of our greatest advantages is our small school size—it allows us to truly know each student and build the strong relationships that support success. We're also blessed with an active, supportive community that partners with us in meaningful ways.
