School Overview
Nestled in the heart of Lake County, California — just 107 miles north of San Francisco — Lower Lake High School (LLHS) is a comprehensive high school serving students in grades 8 through 12. Set on a sprawling 27-acre campus, LLHS is home to a vibrant community of 950+ students and more than 40 dedicated faculty members.
Lake County's rich natural landscape gives our students something truly special: an outdoor classroom unlike any other. From year-round intramural sports to the region's unique geological terrain, students at LLHS are surrounded by opportunities to explore, discover, and grow — both inside and outside the classroom.
