A Local Leader with Deep Roots
As a lifelong resident of Lake County and a proud graduate of Lower Lake High School, this community is deeply rooted in who I am. I am honored to serve as principal of Burns Valley Elementary School, where I have the privilege of working with our incredible students, dedicated staff, and supportive families.
My journey in education spans over a decade, and throughout it all, one thing has remained constant: my passion for working with students and fostering a lifelong love of learning.

Dear Students, Staff, and Parents,
Welcome to Burns Valley School! It is my greatest privilege to lead this wonderful community of learners, and I am excited about the opportunities ahead for our students this year.
My goal for Burns Valley School is to promote literacy and math skills for all students while creating a positive environment where everyone can grow and succeed in their educational journey. But beyond academics, I believe the most valuable part of education is the people—the teachers and support staff who put their time, energy, and hearts into seeing students grow and become successful, happy adults.
I believe that education is the cornerstone of a thriving community, and I am committed to ensuring that every child at Burns Valley receives the support and encouragement they need to succeed. Together with our dedicated staff, engaged parents, and most importantly, our amazing students, we can build a brighter future for our children and our community.
I look forward to working with each of you to make this school year one of growth, achievement, and joy!

I began my career in education as a paraprofessional, working directly with students and discovering my passion for helping children succeed. - Classroom Teacher

For three years, I served as an assistant principal, gaining valuable leadership experience and learning to support teachers and students on a larger scale. - Principal, Burns Valley Elementary
Now, I have the honor of leading my community's school, bringing together all my experiences to create the best possible environment for our Tigers to thrive.
