Brad Coscarelli, Principal
A life-long Californian, Principal Coscarelli grew up in San Jose, California, where his father and grandfather were farmers who instilled in him an incredible work ethic at a young age. After marrying, he and his wife moved to Sonoma County to set down roots and grow a family. He has lived in Sonoma County for 26 years with his wife and four children, bringing deep community ties and family values to his leadership at Lower Lake Elementary.

Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,
Welcome to the 2025-26 school year at Lower Lake Elementary School! I am very honored to be your new Principal. Lower Lake Elementary is an incredible school, and I'm so proud to be a part of our school community. I am excited about the wonderful opportunities and achievements that lie ahead for our students. We take great pride in our strong academics, curriculum, technology, school safety and culture. I would like to extend a warm welcome to our new students and families who are joining the Lower Lake family. We are thrilled to have you!
The relationship between home and school is very important to the overall success of student education. I strongly encourage open communication between families, teachers, and school administration. Your child will be bringing home a "weekly blue folder" every Tuesday. This folder will contain samples of your child's work and information from the teachers and the office. Please be sure that the office has your current email and phone contact information, so that you get the most up-to-date information.
Please review the Lower Lake Elementary handbook with your child to get better acquainted with the important information provided.
Working together, we can ensure that every child will learn, be cared for, and will have an enjoyable school experience. We look forward to an outstanding year.
